Overview

This set contains two manually rotated 18 cm mills with acacia-wood upper and lower sections, a clear acrylic viewing window, ceramic burr, and stainless-steel shaft. A black top marker distinguishes the pepper mill and a white top marker distinguishes the salt mill.

Use, Care, and Safety

• Fill only with dry peppercorns up to approximately 6 mm or dry salt crystals up to approximately 5 mm
• Leave headspace below the refill opening and close the upper section fully before grinding
• Do not force the turning section when jammed; empty it and use a dry soft brush
• Wipe wood and acrylic surfaces, keep the burr dry, and never immerse the complete mill or use a dishwasher
• Stop use if the window is cracked, the body separates, or the shaft, dial, or burr is loose, seized, corroded, chipped, or misaligned
