Overview

This matching set contains two 20 cm manual mills, each operated by turning its top knob by hand. Natural beech bodies enclose ceramic grinding burrs and stainless-steel centre shafts. One mill has a dark identification ring for pepper and the other has a light ring for salt.

Use, Care, and Safety

• Use the dark-ring mill for dry peppercorns up to approximately 6 mm and the light-ring mill for dry salt crystals up to approximately 5 mm
• Do not use wet salt, oily spices, coffee beans, or other unsupported contents
• Do not force a jam; empty the mill and clear loose dry particles with a soft brush
• Wipe the exterior with a slightly damp cloth, keep the mechanism dry, and do not immerse or place in a dishwasher
• Stop use if the body, shaft, knob, or grinding mechanism is cracked, loose, corroded, seized, or misaligned
