Overview

This compact set contains two 16.5 cm manual mills with brushed stainless-steel tops and bases, clear acrylic reservoirs, ceramic burrs, and stainless-steel shafts. Black and white adjustment collars identify the two mills.

Use, Care, and Safety

• Use only dry peppercorns up to approximately 6 mm or dry salt crystals up to approximately 5 mm
• Keep the mills upright for refilling and secure the tops before use
• Never force a stopped mechanism or insert fingers or metal tools into the ceramic burr
• Wipe with a soft cloth, brush the dry outlet when needed, do not immerse, and do not use a dishwasher
• Stop use if acrylic is cracked, metal edges are distorted, or the top, shaft, collar, or burr is loose, corroded, chipped, jammed, or misaligned
